The life of a wire wrap artist isn't always shiny gems and rainbows - especially during a pandemic. Making a living creating art to sell takes a lot of work that buyers never see. There are the office hours, the late nights working on commissions, generating engaging social media posts, learning how to track your inventory, getting over the anxiety of charging your worth, always trying to stay well practiced, and always refining your style and skill. On top of all that, there's the constant searching of ways to generate passive income (you know, the kind you only have to do the work for, once, but it keeps paying on its own?)

That last one is where Phoenixx Factor Designs is heading in its 6th year of existence. Tutorials are an enormous part of learning, well, anything. Learning to wire wrap is no exception. There are tons of tutorials out in the world about wire wrapping; that's how Phoenixx Factor came to be. Tutorials can be free or paid, depending on the artist and the design they're offering. Many artists put their simplest pieces out for free, so that is incredibly helpful to those who have the passion but not the pocket-change.

That's what we have done, here, in collaboration with Wirejewelry.com, in hopes that the information helps other beginners get started or to develop the skills of up-and-coming designers.
